Young woman arrested – allegedly planning terrorist attack in Kyiv
Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) has arrested a 22-year-old woman, accused of being a Russian agent. According to the SBU, the woman was planning “a large-scale terrorist attack on one of the central, narrow streets of Kyiv”.
More precisely, the woman was going to plant explosives near the security service headquarters, according to the SBU, which believes that the large amount of explosives would put the lives of many civilians at risk. When the woman was arrested during a raid in the capital, she was said to have had the homemade explosive device in her home.
According to the SBU, the woman is a “drug addict from Lviv” who was recruited by Russian citizens via Telegram, in a desire to make quick money. Now she risks life imprisonment.

That the US and Russia have started talks about a peace agreement with Ukraine – without Ukraine – is dangerous. This is what President Volodymyr Zelenskyj says in an interview with the AP.
– They may have their own relationship, but talking about Ukraine without us – it is dangerous for everyone, he says.
Donald Trump stated on Friday that officials from Russia and the US are “already talking” about how to end the war. However, the US president does not appear to have had any personal conversations with either Zelenskyj or Putin.
