Netanyahu's outburst against his own intelligence services - received no warning
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu blamed his own intelligence service on Sunday night for not warning of the Hamas terrorist attack before October 7, writes Reuters.
But the claim was removed after it caused an uproar within the Israeli war cabinet, the news agency said. Netanyahu has since apologized.
Criticism from the prime minister's side has otherwise been harsh and directed in different directions since the massacre.
He has expressed that it is high time to ask difficult questions, and also said that he himself must be able to endure it.
As recently as Saturday night, Netanyahu pointed the finger at Iran, which he said is engaged in the Hamas affiliates that Israel is now fighting.
- Iran supports Hamas, I believe that 90 percent of Hamas's military budget comes from Iran. The country finances, organizes and governs, Netanyahu said.
On Sunday, Iran rejected the claim.

ICC investigates war crimes: Will separate allegations from facts
The International Criminal Court (ICC) is investigating war crimes committed in Gaza and Israel in the past month. This is stated by Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan in a video on X recorded in Rafah, on the border with Gaza.
- The suffering among children, women and men, old and young is enormous, and it is ongoing, he says and states that the ICC wants to visit both Gaza and Israel.
Khan states that the ICC will proceed thoroughly and objectively, and be careful to separate allegations from facts.
- These laws were created so that we would never see people attack others based on race, religion, culture or because of what passport they have. The promises we made then must be fulfilled now, says Khan.
He confirms that the ICC is looking into both the October 7 terrorist attack on southern Israel, which was claimed by Hamas. Like the measures Israel has taken against Gaza and the West Bank since 2014.
