US launches investigation into leak of Israeli attack
The
United States has launched an investigation into the possible leak of
classified documents relating to a planned Israeli attack on Iran that
was discovered on Saturday. This is reported by AP.
The documents
were first shared by an account identified as pro-Iran on Telegram, and
are claimed alternately to have been leaked by the US intelligence
service and the country's defense department.
The documents,
which appear to be based entirely on analyzes of satellite images, show
how Israel moved robots that could be used in a possible attack. Prime
Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has previously promised to respond
"vigorously" to the Iranian attack on Israel on October 1 this year.

Netanyahu in conversation with Trump: We make our own decisions
Israeli
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has, in a phone conversation with US
presidential candidate Donald Trump, repeated his message that Israel
makes its own decisions, writes Reuters.
"Israel takes the issues
the US government raises into consideration, but ultimately makes its
decisions based on its own national interests," he is said to have said.
Earlier
this week, Netanyahu's office made a similar statement. This after US
media reports that Netanyahu promised President Joe Biden to pacify oil
and nuclear energy targets in his planned revenge against Iran.
