Tesla's future
Details: Tesla's robots were remote-controlled at the event

The robot prototypes that Tesla showed off during Thursday's event in Los Angeles were partially controlled remotely by human operators. Personnel stationed elsewhere monitored the interactions between the robots and visitors, anonymous sources told Bloomberg. However, they should have moved freely with the help of AI and without human oversight.

The data raises questions about how market-ready the machines really are. Elon Musk said during the presentation that the robot will be sold for between 20000 and 30000 dollars to perform everything from industrial work to household chores.

The tours around the Boeing plane
Before the strike - Boeing wants to collect 25 billion dollars

The aircraft manufacturer Boeing plans to take in up to 25 billion dollars, equivalent to 249 billion kroner, to strengthen its balance sheet ahead of the strike. It reports international media and refers to a regulatory document.

The purpose is "flexibility for the company to seek a variety of capital options needed to support the company's balance sheet over a three-year period," writes Boeing, according to CNBC.

At the same time, Boeing announces that the company has signed a credit agreement of 10 billion dollars, almost 100 billion kroner, with a consortium of lenders.

Swedish inflation
Inflation slowed to 1.1 percent in September

The rate of inflation continued to fall in September. This is confirmed by new figures from the statistical authority Statistics Norway.

The new numbers are exactly in line with the flash statistics presented a week ago.

Core inflation measured by the measure CPIF, where mortgage interest effects are excluded, fell to 1.1 percent at an annual rate, compared with 1.2 percent in August.

The fact that energy prices have fallen since last year contributes to keeping the rate of inflation down. Adjusted for this, the inflation measure KPIF-XE shows a decline from 2.2 to 2.0 percent.

Swedish interest rates
The idea: More interest rate cuts are coming

The Riksbank will continue to lower interest rates. This is what Riksbank Governor Erik Thedéen says at a hearing on monetary policy at the Riksdag's finance committee on Tuesday, several news media report.

Thus, Thedéen repeats the Riksbank's message about continued easing of monetary policy.

- The direction is clear, the interest rate is about to drop further, he says according to Direkt.

Thedéen also points out that household purchasing power is on the way back, but that it is still a long way from the levels of the years before the inflation shock in 2022-2023.
