Kremlin: Russia will end offensive if Ukraine capitulates

The Kremlin's spokesman says Russia will end its offensive in Ukraine as soon as Kyiv capitulates, reports the BBC.
He called on the Ukrainian authorities to order their troops to lay down their arms.
- The Ukrainian side can stop everything before the end of the day, says Peskov according to the news agency AFP.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has repeatedly said that his country's troops will not capitulate and that they will eventually win the war.
