In about a week, a real cold suede awaits. 

 

A Greenland blockade leads to arctic air coming down and in over Sweden.

A Greenland Blockade, which is a significant high pressure over Greenland, appears to be spreading. 

 

This, in turn, will most likely lead to it being very cold in Sweden in just over a week.

30 degrees below zero 

 

The cold air is expected at the end of next week and until Lucia.

 

- The forecast is a bit uncertain so far, but it could be between five and 15 minus in the southern parts of the country and between 15 and 30 minus degrees in the northern parts, says Mikael Luhr. The temperature also depends on how cloudy it will be, according to Luhr.
