Loomis warns customers about leaks after the IT attack
Information about Loomis' customers may have been leaked in connection with the cyber attack against Tietoevry, the cash handling firm states on its website.
The company writes that "there is a risk" that information may have fallen into the wrong hands, but that this has not been confirmed.
"It may include information about the bank account for payment, representatives with social security numbers and their role, contact persons, invoices, agreements and similar documentation."
Loomis urges its customers to pay particular attention to invoices and other things that they perceive as deviant.

Tietoevry confirms: Russian hacker group behind attack
The hacker group Akira is behind the IT attack against Tietoevry, confirms the company's communications manager Alexandra Kärnlund for SvD.
Mattias Wåhlén, expert in threat actor analysis at Truesec, confirms that the group has connections to Russia. He describes Akira as "a group of criminals who have developed and administer the extortion virus".
- Then there are freelancers who get into various IT systems and run the virus.
According to Wåhlen, these groups are generally looking for money. But they also know that they have to "get along" with the Russian state, he tells the newspaper.
A large number of Swedish companies and organizations have been affected by the hacker attack, including Filmstaden, Rusta and Region Uppsala.
