BANGKOK -- A 64-year-old man who was shot by riot police with rubber bullet in the head back on August 15 last year at Din Daeng Delta protest site while waking to his Din Daeng Flat succumbs to injury, said Thai Lawyers for Human Rights on Sunday. Mana Hongthong, second fatality of the conflicts, was bedridden since he was shot last August.
