Philippine FBI: He’s Arrested Whether He Wants or Not
The NBI, the Philippines’ equivalent of the US FBI, says it will arrest Senator Ronald Dela Rosa “without hesitation.” NBI chief Melvin Matibag says the agency will follow the law after the government ordered law enforcement agencies to arrest Dela Rosa.

Dela Rosa, a former police chief under Rodrigo Duterte, is facing charges of crimes against humanity. While in office, he was ultimately responsible for the deaths of thousands of people in the government’s war on drugs. The ICC has issued an arrest warrant for him.
Dela Rosa has been missing since he fled the Senate last week. Authorities are warning people to help him stay away.
Philippines orders police to arrest Dela Rosa
The government of the Philippines is ordering the country's police to arrest Senator Ronald Dela Rosa, who already has an ICC arrest warrant issued against him. This is reported by several media outlets.
Dela Rosa was a former police chief in the country and is suspected of crimes against humanity after thousands of people were killed in the government's fight against drug trafficking.
Dela Rosa fled the Senate building last week and has been in hiding since then.
