Silence on attack among Iran's enemies - chief judge: "Will be punished"
Iran's Chief Justice Gholam Hossein Mohseni-Ejei writes in a statement that the perpetrators behind the bombings in Kerman "will undoubtedly be punished", reports Al Jazeera.
Iran's enemies include exile groups, militant organizations and other states, but no one has yet claimed responsibility for the attacks.
It is easy to suspect that Israel is behind the incident, but the approach points in the other direction, according to SVT's foreign reporter Claes JB Löfgren. When Israel previously carried out attacks against Iran, they were precision attacks against high-ranking Iranians and not mass bombings, he says.

Iran: Over 100 killed near Qassem Soleimani's grave
Iranian authorities say that at least 103 people were killed in two explosions in the city of Kerman, according to Reuters. Rahman Jalali, deputy governor of the province, calls it "a terrorist attack".
The explosions occurred near the tomb of top Iranian general Qassem Soleimani in Kerman in southern Iran, Iranian state television said. Around 140 people are said to have been injured, writes AFP with reference to Iranian media.
A ceremony to commemorate Soleimani, who was killed in a US drone strike four years ago, is said to have been held at the site.
Video clips show how thousands of mourners gathered to take part in the anniversary ceremony. Several are said to have been trampled during the chaos that arose from the explosions.
