NATO: Drone in Romania appears to be Russian
The drone shot down in Romania earlier in the day appears to have come from Russia, a NATO spokesman said according to Reuters.
The drone was shot down by Spanish NATO fighter jets at around 5am, and did not cause any damage. According to AFP, the drone entered Romania from Moldova.
It is the fourth drone shot down in Romania this year.
