Trump: Democrats want to ban cows and windows

At a meeting with voters in Las Vegas last Saturday, Donald Trump claimed that the Democrats want to ban cows and windows in the United States, reports The Independent.

- They want to do things like no more cows, no windows in buildings. They have great plans for this country. They are crazy, frankly, says the presidential candidate in a clip from the meeting.

The Democrats respond by calling Trump "senile and incoherent".

Source: FBI investigates gunman - but not for attempted murder

The FBI and Secret Service have launched an investigation after a man was arrested with a gun near a Donald Trump campaign rally this weekend. But the incident is not seen as a suspected attempted murder. A source told NBC News.

The local police stated early on that they "probably stopped a new murder attempt" but also admitted that it was speculation.

The man was arrested about a kilometer from Donald Trump's campaign rally in Coachella, California. He is suspected of weapons offenses but was later released on bail.

In addition to weapons, the police found several fake ID cards in the man's car. He is said to have stated that he received permission to attend the meeting as a journalist.

Harris loses the lead - dead race in new measurement

Kamala Harris loses big in a recent national opinion poll from NCB. With three weeks before the election, it is now a dead race between former President Donald Trump and Harris: Both presidential candidates receive 48 percent of the support.

In September, Harris led with 49 percent to Trump's 44 percent.

- When summer has turned into autumn, all signs of momentum for Kamala Harris have ceased, says Jeff Horwitt, who was involved in the measurement.

Harris' decline comes primarily from young and independent voters. However, the abortion issue is the vice president's strongest issue and a full 22 percent also answer that it is so important that they can base their choice only on this.

For Trump, the corresponding issues are migration and border control, as well as confidence in the handling of the situation in the Middle East.

Looking at swing states, where the election is decided, Trump has the lead in six of seven key states, according to the latest Real Clear Politics tally.
