Russian invasion Tucker Carlson's interview
Putin: Was hoping for tougher questions from Carlson
Vladimir Putin thanks the American right-wing media profile Tucker Carlson for last week's interview, and because Carlson acted as an "intermediary" between Russia and the West, he says according to AFP.
However, Putin adds that he was "not completely satisfied" with the interview, as he had hoped that Carlson would be more "aggressive" and come up with more "difficult questions".
- I was not only prepared for it, I hoped for it, because then I could have responded in the same way.
Carlson received widespread criticism in the West for the interview, and was accused by many of acting as a mouthpiece for Putin and avoiding tough questions.

Sources: Russia wants nuclear weapons in space
The US security threat alert that came out on Wednesday is about Russia wanting to put nuclear weapons in space, two sources with knowledge of the matter told ABC News.
It is stated that it is not about firing nuclear weapons at the earth, but about using them in space - for example against satellites.
The information comes after Mike Turner, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, sounded the alarm about a "very serious threat" to US national security.
All members of Congress must have been given access to the information, according to CNN, and Turner is urging President Biden to release all classified information the government has.

Two sources with knowledge of the matter told Reuters it had to do with Russian activity in space, but declined to comment further.
Mike Turner has asked President Joe Biden to release all classified information about the threat.
