Donald Trump has hald several secret talks with Putin from his office at Mar-a-Lago and Joe Biden swore in anger after being outwitted by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
That information is included in the book "War" written by Watergate journalist Bob Woodward, which will be published next week.
Paying tribute to extreme candidates
The book depicts the political battles of recent years in Washington in the shadow of the wars in Ukraine and Gaza.But it also contains other, more private, scenes with Trump and Biden recounted by CNN who read the book.
In recent years, Donald Trump's speeches have become increasingly longer and seemingly incoherent. He has also given his support to more extreme candidates for various political offices.
Among other things, he has praised Mark Robinson, the Republican gubernatorial candidate in North Carolina, whom he called "brilliant" and "better than Martin Luther King."
Robinson is now accused of making racist and other condescending posts in a forum on a porn site.
"More erratic"
The politician, who is black, is said to have called himself "the black Nazi" and wrote that slavery should be reintroduced in the United States.Senator Lindsey Graham, friend and adviser to the former president, now seems to have tired according to Woodward's book.
- Trump has become more erratic, Graham is said to have said.
In the 2022 midterm elections, the expected successes for the Republicans did not materialize. Partly because many of Trump's candidates who won their primaries with the ex-president's support made fiasco elections.

Afterwards, Graham tried to speak seriously to his friend.- You have a problem with female middle voters, said the senator according to Woodward.

Lindsey Graham is one of the few Republicans close to Trump who said Biden won the election without cheating.

A few days later, Trump spoke to Graham:
- I gave a speech today and I only mentioned the 2020 election twice! the ex-president said triumphantly to his friend.
Trump's spokesperson Steven Cheung states that "none of the fictional stories in the book are true" and that "it is best suited as toilet paper".
Biden's words about Trump
What Trump has not released, however, is Joe Biden.During the last election campaign he mocked him for being a confused zombie who barely knows his name.
The fact that Biden declined to run again has not stopped Trump from attacking him.
Recently, he made a long statement about having seen video clips of Biden from the beach where the president was fiddling with a beach chair shirtless.
Biden has been more reserved in his official comments about Donald Trump.
But in the White House it sounds different, according to Woodward.
- That fucking asshole, Biden usually calls Trump. Which can roughly be translated as "the damn asshole".
In 26 days there is an election.
