Deadly Israeli attacks on Lebanon
Israel has again attacked southern Lebanon. About ten people have been killed, according to state-run Lebanese media.
Among the dead are two small children, reports the NNA news agency.
The Israeli military issued an evacuation order in parts of the village of Deir al-Zahrani at around 02:30, Swedish time. According to Israel, targets linked to the Iran-backed Hezbollah were attacked.
Earlier during the night, Hezbollah-linked media reported that one person had been killed and twelve wounded in attacks on, among others, Deir al-Zahrani, writes Haaretz.
At the end of June, a US-negotiated framework agreement was signed to achieve peace between Israel and Hezbollah, but the attacks have continued.
