China-Philippines dispute over collision
China's coast guard accuses the Philippines of deliberately ramming into a Chinese vessel in a disputed area of the South China Sea. This is reported by international news agencies.
The Philippines government has responded by claiming that two of its ships were damaged as a result of "illegal and aggressive maneuvers" by Chinese ships.
China claims large parts of the South China Sea, but the Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Taiwan and Vietnam also believe they have the right to parts of the waters, TT writes.

Russian dissatisfaction with German investigation of Nord Stream
Russia has sent a complaint to Germany following the country's investigation into the sabotage of Nord Stream 2022, writes Reuters and refers to Russian state media.
Oleg Tjapkin, head of Europe at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, states that Moscow believes that the investigation will not lead to any identification of the culprits. He claims that Russia has raised the issue at the UN level.
