Turkey participates in an EU meeting - the first time in five years
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will attend an informal EU meeting in Brussels on Thursday, reports AFP with reference to a source. It is the first time in five years that Turkey, which has long been an EU candidate, is participating in a meeting with the Union.
