Iran: Supports anything that leads to an end to the war
Iran's Revolutionary Guard says it supports "all steps leading to an end to the war and peace for the people of Gaza," Reuters reports.
The statement comes the day after US Secretary of State Antony Blinken stated that Israel has accepted an American proposal for a cease-fire in Gaza.
Joe Biden stated last night that Hamas is "backing away" from the proposal, something the terror group has described as "misleading". According to Hamas spokesman Osama Hamdan, the proposal that Israel agreed to is different from those previously on the table.
The Revolutionary Guard also says that it considers the United States to be a party to the conflict, and that their mediation "is not meant seriously".

Egypt: "Extended Gaza war hard to even imagine"
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi calls for an end to the war in Gaza and warns that it will "grow into a regional conflict in a way that is hard to even imagine". Reuters reports.
The statement is made in connection with US Foreign Minister Antony Blinken's visit to the country. The wink comes directly from Tel Aviv where he met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
According to the US, Israel has accepted the latest ceasefire proposal. Hamas has not given a formal answer but has signaled that conditions have been added that are in Netanyahu's interest.
Even if Hamas accepts the proposal, negotiators will have to spend days working out an agreement on implementation and implementation, Blinken said. He says according to AP that there are still "complex issues" that "require difficult decisions".

Details: Netanyahu 'not sure' of ceasefire in Gaza

Despite the ICJ verdict: The fuel flows into Israel
Several countries that supply oil and fuel to Israel may be complicit in war crimes in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, experts believe, according to The Guardian.
Despite the International Court of Justice's (ICJ) ruling in January that Israel must take all measures to prevent genocide, fuel supplies continue, analysis shows. The fuel is used for Israel's tanks, fighter planes and bulldozers.
The US is one of the biggest suppliers during the ten months of the war, with jet fuel from Texas, among other things.
- There is strong evidence that the US is complicit in genocide, says Shahd Hammouri, lecturer in international law at the University of Kent.

At least twelve reportedly killed in new Israeli school attack
At least twelve people, including children, have been killed in an Israeli attack on a school building in Gaza City where civilians sought refuge. This is stated by Gaza's civil defense, writes AFP. A further 15 people have been injured. Al Jazeera reports that no advance warning was given from the Israeli side.
Israel states that the building was used by Hamas terrorists.
During the ten months of war, virtually all of Gaza's population of 2.3 million have been forced to flee their homes, often multiple times. School buildings often act as shelters for civilians.
Since the beginning of July, about ten schools have been attacked by Israel. Barely two weeks ago, the Tabeen School in Gaza was attacked with many deaths as a result.
