Russia denies talks: There was nothing to cancel
The Ukrainian invasion of Kursk has not sabotaged any indirect negotiations between Ukraine and Russia. This is stated by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs according to Reuters.

Belarus: One third of the forces on the Ukrainian border
Belarus has stationed a third of its military along the border with Ukraine, President Aleksandr Lukashenko said, according to the state news agency Belta. It is unclear how many there are, but in 2022 Belarus had 48,000 soldiers and about 12,000 state border forces.
According to Lukashenko, they have been stationed there to defend the country "in the event of war", writes Reuters. He also claims that Ukraine has stationed over 120,000 forces at the countries' border.
Kyiv has not commented on the data other than to say it sees no sign of Belarus stepping up its presence on the border.
