Called Putin “CRAZY” – then the censorship got a slap

The whole world watched as Trump swore and screamed and called Putin “CRAZY”.
Then the Russian media got a slap.
This is how they tried to cover up the attack.
After a weekend of heavy Russian bombing waves against Ukraine, Donald Trump spoke out on Sunday evening. At an airport in New Jersey, he shouted to reporters to drown out the roaring engines of Air Force One:
– I don’t like what Putin is doing. He’s killing a lot of people and I don’t know what’s wrong with him. What the hell happened to him?
Trump also opened up about tougher sanctions and hours later he wrote on Truth social:
"I have always had a very good relationship with Russia's Vladimir Putin but something has happened to him. He has gone completely CRAZY! I have always said that he wants ALL of Ukraine, not just part of it, and maybe that is about to prove true, but if so, it will lead to the downfall of Russia!"
Then Tass turned the tables
At the end of the post, the US president also criticized Ukraine:
"In the same way, President Zelensky is not doing his country any favors by talking the way he does. Everything that comes out of his mouth causes problems. I don't like it and it must stop."
The latter became the main message in state-controlled Russian media on Monday morning.
"Trump: Zelensky is constantly creating problems for Ukraine with his statements," was the headline of an article fromthe Tass news agency.
The text does state that Trump “expressed dissatisfaction” with the Russian bombings and said that “Russian authorities” hypothetically want to take over all of Ukraine, which could lead to the downfall of Russia.
Trump’s words that Putin has gone “CRAZY” and that he wonders “what the hell has happened to him” are completely silenced.
In another article, Tass also states that Trump opened up for new sanctions, but there is no mention of the harsh words against Putin either.
Ria quoted “analysts”
The Ria news agency went even further in its censorship. In an article published at 04.47, it focuses entirely on Trump’s criticism of Zelensky. The words about Putin or even the criticism of Russia’s bombings are completely gone.
In another similar article, published at 03.56, it states that Trump “expressed dissatisfaction” with Russia and called the country’s actions in Ukraine “unreasonable”. Here Trump's words about the "death of Russia" are mentioned - but nothing about the attacks on Putin.
A third article from 06.02 is titled: Trump was put on the spot after an attack on Russia". It presents a clearly pro-Russian American tweeter as an "analyst" and quotes a tweet in which he touches on Trump's "discontent":
"The Russians don't give a damn what the crumbling empire is sad about right now. They will continue to do whatever the hell they want and the Americans will have to put up with it for the simple reason that they can’t do anything about it anyway,” the so-called analyst writes, according to Ria’s text.
The article then concluded with
the claim that the Russian bombs only hit military targets in Ukraine.
Peskov: “Emotional overload”
From the Kremlin, it sounded more diplomatic when spokesman Dmitry Peskov was asked about Trump’s criticism of Putin
– The beginning of the negotiation process, where the American side has made great efforts, is an important achievement. We are truly grateful to the Americans and President Trump personally. At the same time, this is of course a very important moment that is connected with emotional overload, he said, according to the independent Russian exile newspaper Meduza
