New Israeli attacks on Yemen's largest airport
Israel has carried out new attacks on Yemen's largest airport in the capital Sanaa, AFP reports.
The Israeli military IDF confirms the attack, which is said to have destroyed aircraft belonging to the Houthi rebels. According to Defense Minister Israel Katz, it was a response to the missiles fired on Tuesday from Yemen by the Iran-backed Houthi militia.
- This is a clear message and a continuation of our policy: whoever fires at the State of Israel will pay a high price, says Katz.
This is the second time in less than a month that Israel has attacked the international airport in Sanaa.

One dead and 48 injured after chaos at food distribution
One
person has died and at least 48 injured after thousands of desperate
people in Gaza stormed a newly opened center for distributing emergency
aid outside Rafah yesterday. Israeli forces opened fire on the crowd,
the Gaza Health Ministry said, according to the AP.
According to Ajith Sunghay, who heads the UN human rights office, most of the 48 were injured by gunfire.
The
center is run by the newly formed, Israeli-backed humanitarian
organization Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF). The UN has distanced
itself from GHF, which it accuses of being run by Israel without any
Palestinian involvement.
