Earlier today, the US announced that Russia and Ukraine had agreed to a ceasefire in the Black Sea.

However, Russia later stated that the agreement depends on whether specific sanctions from the West are lifted.

This angered Volodymyr Zelensky.

- The Kremlin is lying when they say that the ceasefire is due to sanctions, he says.

- On the same day, we see how Russia is already in the process of manipulating.

At the same time, the Ukrainian president states that he will do everything he can to make the agreement work.

The Kremlin is lying when they claim that the Black Sea agreement announced on Tuesday is linked to the sanctions against Russia, says Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyj in his evening speech.

– Unfortunately, already now and already today, the same day as the negotiations, we see how the Russians have already started to manipulate, Zelenskyj said according to Reuters and continued:
