Details: Kremlin to present plan for divided Ukraine to Trump
The Russian Ministry of Defense has drawn up a military policy plan that extends until the year 2045, and includes an outline of a divided Ukraine. This is stated by intelligence sources of Kyiv Post and Interfax-Ukraine.
According to the sources, the Kremlin will present the plan to Donald Trump's administration, through intermediaries, when he takes office in January.
The plan is that the regions of Krym, Kherson, Zaporizhzhya, Donetsk and Luhansk, which today are fully or partially occupied by Russia, should be counted as Russian territory.
According to the plan, central Ukraine will become what the Kremlin calls a "pro-Russian state unit", with a pro-Russian government and Russian military presence. Western Ukraine will become "disputed territories", the fate of which will be decided in negotiations between Russia, Poland, Hungary and Romania, according to the sources.
Kremlin: Warned the US before the launch of the robot
Russia
warned the US 30 minutes before the new type of robot was fired at
Ukraine, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told the state-run Russian news
agency Tass, according to AFP.
- The Russian side warned the Americans about the launch of "Oreshnik" via an automated nuclear disarmament communication line.
Putin
previously stated that Russia fired a new type of medium-range
ballistic missile, called "Oreshnik", at Dnipro in Ukraine. It was not
armed with nuclear weapons.
The details of the warning have not
been confirmed by the United States. However, the White House announced
on Thursday evening that it sees no reason to update its own nuclear
doctrine after Russia this week updated its own.
Russian Ambassador: Now Britain is involved
Britain is now "directly involved" in the Ukraine war after Ukraine fired British Storm Shadow robots at Russian targets. This is what Andrej Kelin, Russia's ambassador to the UK, told Sky News.
- Great Britain is absolutely involved, because these firings cannot be done without NATO personnel, also British.
The ambassador brushed aside the question of whether North Korea is also involved because its forces are fighting on Russia's side, claiming that "mercenaries" from the West are fighting in Ukraine.
Britain has not officially confirmed that Ukraine has been given permission to use its Storm Shadow robots against Russian targets.
