Trump's ex-advisor rages: "Gabbard has made up evidence"
John Bolton, who is Donald Trump's former national security adviser, criticizes US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard's new report, writes The Independent.
In the report, Gabbard accused former President Barack Obama of having started a "treasonous conspiracy" against Donald Trump in connection with the report on Russian interference in the 2016 election.
- She has connected a series of things that are not necessarily connected, she has exaggerated actual congressional reports, she has made up evidence that does not exist, Bolton tells News Nation.
Gabbard made documents public last week and claims that they expose the conspiracy.
Former CIA Investigator: "We Had Certain Evidence"
Susan Miller, a former CIA employee who helped produce the report on Russia's actions during the 2016 US presidential election, is hitting back at current intelligence director Tulsi Gabbard. Gabbard claims the report is a conspiracy to harm Donald Trump.
Miller says Gabbard is lying and emphasizes that there was evidence that the Kremlin was trying to benefit Trump.
- We definitely had intelligence that showed with a high degree of probability that the Russians' specific goal was to get Trump elected, she tells NBC News.
Both Gabbard and Trump have launched a fierce attack on former President Barack Obama, citing new evidence.
