Trump: No meeting with Kim Jong-Un
Donald Trump could have considered extending his Asia trip if he could meet North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un. But that doesn't look like it will happen, Yonhap reports.
Trump himself says that they haven't managed to schedule a meeting.
- We simply couldn't get it together, he says in a speech in South Korea, which is the last stop on his Asia trip.
A meeting that will take place in South Korea, however, is one with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, several media outlets report.

The paramilitary rebel group Rapid Support Forces (RSF) has killed several hundred people in a hospital in Sudan over the weekend, the UN says according to AP.
As many as 460 patients and several relatives are among the victims at the maternity hospital in el-Fasher, the provincial capital of North Darfur. In addition, RSF forces have gone from house to house in the city, cold-bloodedly murdering and abusing civilians, many of them women and children.
“The Janjaweed showed no mercy to anyone,” says Umm Amena, a mother of four who fled el-Fasher. Janjaweed is a Sudanese term for rebels often used for the RSF.
More than 40,000 people have been killed during the two-year-long fighting between the RSF and the regular forces.

Peace talks with Afghanistan end: "Pakistan's patience is over"
Peace talks between Pakistan and Afghanistan have collapsed after four days, writes AP.
"Pakistan's patience is over," writes the country's Information Minister Attaullah Tarar on X.
Pakistan has carried out repeated attacks on Afghanistan, which they believe allows the Pakistani Taliban to use the country as a springboard for terrorist attacks.
State media from both countries have accused the other side of sabotaging the peace talks. The countries have been in a ceasefire since mid-October, and what will happen to it now is unclear.
