UPDATE: The National Anti-Corruption Commissionin Tuesday charged chief of the Department of National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation Ratcha Suriyakul na Ayutthaya with accepting bribe and dereliction of duty.
Ratcha was arrested by anti-corruption officers while receiving new year hampers from well wishers at the department.
