Taiwan: China's navy in threatening operations

China's warships are out on threatening "military operations" all the way from the Yellow Sea down to the South China Sea, Taiwan is alarmed.

The maneuvers pose a threat to the region, Taiwan's Ministry of Defense fears.

The Beijing regime is trying to claim that Taiwan is not an independent country but should be part of China. Other countries in the region also testify that China's navy often behaves threateningly, but the latest maneuvers seem larger than usual.

China, however, insists that it is not acting aggressively, but is only patrolling for defensive reasons.
