A legal process should be initiated against ex-president Donald Trump and his involvement in the storming of the Capitol on January 6, 2021. It is determined by the committee that investigated the incident.  

Republican and committee member Liz Cheney says Donald Trump was the first president in the country's history not to peacefully hand over power to his successor.
