Relatives of some of the missing sailors aboard the capsized HTMS Sukhothai said Tuesday there weren't enough life vest contrary to earlier insistence by the navy.
Four were found alive and rescued over the past 24
hours. 27 are still unaccounted for. The ship capsized late Sunday night
off the coast of Prachuap Khiri Khan province due to "high waves".
