Three nights of drones over Belgian military base

Drones have been spotted over a military base in Belgium for the third night in a row, writes the BBC.

Defense Minister Theo Francken says an investigation will be conducted. According to him, it looks like the drones are part of an intelligence operation, but he does not want to speculate on who is behind it.

– I have my ideas but I want to be careful, he tells Belgian radio.

Suspect linked to three other British knife attacks

The suspect in the knife attack on a train heading to London on Saturday is now also suspected of three other knife attacks. This is stated by the British police according to AFP.

32-year-old Anthony Williams is also charged with attempted murder and possession of a knife in connection with an assault on a London train on Saturday night, writes Sky News. The victim suffered cuts to the face, according to the police. In another attack, the victim was a 14-year-old, the police said, but they have not yet released any further details.

Williams was remanded in custody on Monday until his trial begins on December 1.

The train worker who tried to stop the attack no longer has life-threatening injuries. He is being treated in a critical but stable condition in hospital, according to the AP. Of the ten other victims, four continue to be treated in hospital.

China is introducing visa-free travel for Swedish citizens on November 10, Reuters reports.

This summer, China eased several visa requirements, but at that time Sweden was one of the few countries in Europe not covered.
