Donald Trump says he has torn up "92 percent" of Joe Biden's presidential orders.

He claims the pen used is "illegal".

"I hereby rescind all executive orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by corrupt  Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did it illegally," Trump writes on Truth Social.

The Autopen is a machine that replicates a human signature, and Trump has long said it is not legal to use.

It is still unclear which presidential orders are covered.

In his final days in office, Joe Biden chose to pardon several family members, including his son Hunter, as a precaution due to threats and attacks from Trump.

“Unfortunately, I have no reason to believe that these attacks will stop,” Biden said at the time.

Former Defense Secretary Mark Milley and infectious disease director Anthony Fauci were also pardoned as a precaution.
