Northvolt's hearing begins in the US – few protests
On Friday, Northvolt's so-called "second day hearing" begins in the bankruptcy court in Texas. The negotiations follow those held when the company filed for bankruptcy protection in the US through a Chapter 11 procedure.
DI writes that the hearing looks to be "undramatic" for the troubled battery manufacturer, as only one creditor has filed protests against proposals on the table. This concerns the American medical technology company Thermo Fisher, which wants to see certain adjustments.
The hearing was supposed to be held on Tuesday but was postponed until Friday.
