UPDATE: Three people have been killed, five missing and four injured in the blast.

An oil tanker ship capable of storing 3 million litres of oil exploded Tues at Ruam Mitr Dockyard in Samut Songkram province. It's unclear how many were killed as of press time but initial reports suggest there were many casualties and fatalities. #Thailand #เรือบรรทุกน้ํามันระเบิด
