Prince Harry and Meghan have received an invitation to the coronation in May.  

Despite all the revelations and harsh words about the royal family, King Charles wants Harry to be in the church for the historic event. 

 

- At the moment we will not reveal whether the couple will attend, says the prince's spokesperson.  

 

Harry and Meghan's spokesperson confirms that the couple has received an invitation from the British court via email.  

 

But the couple will hold off on making their decision public.  

 

The recent controversies in the family have created a deep rift between Prince Harry, King Charles and Prince William.  

 

Among other things, Harry's accusations that the royal family is racist, that the court is emotional and that Charles has been a bad father have created a bad atmosphere.

The prince struck down his brother  

 

In his memoirs, Harry says his brother Prince William punched him in the kitchen during an argument about Meghan. William thought Meghan was behaving badly. That revelation has made the rift between the brothers if possible even deeper.  

 

According to British media, the royal family has also reacted strongly to Harry's accusations that Queen Camilla planted false stories about Harry and Meghan in the press.  

 

The coronation takes place in Westminster Abbey in London on May 6. Around 2000 guests from all over the world are invited.  

 

But it is not only the infected quarrel with the family that can make Harry hesitate to accept. He recently learned that King Charles wants Harry and Meghan to move out of Frogmore Cottage. The house has been Harry and Meghan's fixed point when they visit London.

Have sued the British government  

 

But because they are so rarely there, there are others in the family who need the property better.  

 

Harry has also sued the British government after the decision that Harry and Meghan no longer have the right to take part in the tax-funded bodyguards.  

 

As Harry and Meghan are no longer working royals, they are likely to have a more subdued role both in church and at the obligatory beckoning from the balcony of Buckingham Palace - if they decide to go to London.
