China: Diplomacy moves forward after Qin Gang
China's diplomacy is "steadily moving forward" after the abrupt ouster of missing foreign minister Qin Gang, China's foreign ministry says, reports AFP.
During yesterday, the news came that the country's highest legislative assembly voted to appoint Wang Yi as the new foreign minister and that Qin Gang was removed from his post.
The Qin Gangs have not been seen in public for over a month. There have been rumors of health problems, adulterous affairs and lack of political loyalty but nothing has been confirmed by China.

Cambodia's leader resigns - hands over to son
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, one of the world's longest-serving leaders, has announced that he will resign, writes AFP. He will now hand over power to his son Hun Manet, after nearly four decades of ruling the country.
- I would like to ask for the people's understanding that I am announcing that I will not continue as prime minister, he said in an extra televised speech.
In this weekend's election, the ruling Cambodian People's Party won with a "landslide victory". Something that has, however, been questioned by the outside world because many Western countries believe that the election cannot be classified as either free or fair.

On one occasion, he is said to have lent his pilots the equivalent of 5.2 million kroner each before an important piece of news.
Behind the indictment are prosecutors in New York who made several crackdowns on insider trading this summer.
