Kremlin: Tactical nukes a response to NATO expansion
The Kremlin defends its decision to place tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus, writes Reuters. According to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, it is NATO that is expanding towards Russia, and not the other way around.

Large screen on the Belarusian border shows war images
A large screen showing images from the war has been set up on the border with Belarus in the region of Zhytomyr in northern Ukraine, writes independent Russian exile Meduza.
According to images published by the Polish-owned, Belarusian-language Belsat television channel, the screen shows, among other things, clips of Belarusian dictator Lukashenko expressing support for Russia, interspersed with images of Ukrainian war victims and Russian attacks.
