The six Democrats are investigated by the FBI: "Standing up for my country"
The federal police agency FBI is opening a preliminary investigation against six opposition politicians and summoning them for questioning, American media reports.
After they urged military personnel to refuse illegal orders in a video, President Donald Trump called them traitors and wrote that the crime was “punishable by death.”
The FBI’s Counterterrorism Division has announced that it has opened “what appears to be a preliminary investigation into all six of us,” Democratic Senator Elissa Slotkin told CBS. According to several of the others, the FBI has tried to schedule them for questioning through Congress.
“I will not let the FBI stop me from standing up for my country and our Constitution,” writes Elissa Slotkin on X.

Negative job growth in the US private sector is increasing
On
average, employment in the US private sector decreased by 13,500 people
per week during the last four-week period. This is reported by CNBC,
referring to the latest weekly statistics from the payroll system
company ADP.
This represents a deterioration compared to last week, when the four-week average was a negative job growth of 2,500 positions.
While
waiting for the official statistics to catch up after the long-term
shutdown of the US government apparatus, ADP's surveys have gained
increased importance in determining the development of the country's
labor market.
