Russia rejects European proposals for a possible peace plan for Ukraine.

President Vladimir Putin's adviser calls the proposals "non-constructive".

Presidential adviser Yuri Ushakov made his first comment through the Russian state-controlled news agency Tass on the content of the talks between the US and Ukraine on a revised peace plan proposal.

"We learned about the European plans this morning. As for the proposals that are circulating this morning, they are non-constructive and do not suit us," Ushakov said, according to Tass.

The Kremlin has carefully avoided commenting on the talks on possible peace plans. Regarding the 28-point plan from US President Donald Trump, Putin commented that it could be a breeding ground.
