Valery Zaluzhny, Ukraine's former Minister of Foreign Affairs, is singled out as the mastermind behind the sabotage of Nord Stream.
This is evident in a review carried out by France Info.
The French media company reports that more and more evidence points to Zaluzhny and Ukraine.
A Dutch source with contacts in Kiev is said to have alerted the CIA about possible sabotage on Nord Stream a few months before it happened. According to the source, among other things, the divers who carried out the sabotage must have taken their orders from Zaluzjny.
Washington Post reporter Shane Harris says his intelligence sources indicate the same.
