Refusing to extradite Duterte: "We do not accept the order"

Philippines President Ferdinand Marcos will not surrender his predecessor Rodrigo Duterte to the International Criminal Court, ICC, in The Hague. It reports several news agencies.

Duterte is investigated by the Court of Human Rights. Over 6,000 people died in Duterte's efforts against drugs according to the authorities' information, but the ICC believes that between 12,000 and 30,000 actually died.

Marcos about the relationship with Duterte: "Complicated"
