Denmark gets a seat on the UN Security Council. This is announced by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs according to Danish media.The seat is temporary and the country holds it during 2025 and 2026. Somalia, Pakistan, Panama and Greece also get seats on the council.
In addition to the temporary seats, there are also five permanent members: the United States, Russia, China, Great Britain and France.
