Kremlin: Ukraine tried to kill Putin in drone attack
Russia accuses Ukraine of trying to attack the Kremlin in Moscow with drones overnight Wednesday, Reuters reports, citing Russian state news agencies. Russia says it regards the alleged incident as a "planned act of terrorism" aimed at killing Vladimir Putin.
According to the information, two drones have been shot down over Moscow.
In a statement, the Kremlin said Russia reserves the right to take appropriate retaliatory measures.
The information has not been confirmed by an independent party and Ukraine denies the Russian accusations, according to Reuters.

Ukraine denies: "Wouldn't change anything"
Kyiv denies the Russian accusations that Ukraine carried out a drone attack on the Kremlin with the aim of killing President Vladimir Putin, several media reports.
According to The Guardian, Ukraine denies any involvement. Kyiv believes that such an attack would not change the conditions on the battlefield in any way, and that an attack on Moscow would risk provoking Russia to take more "radical" measures against Ukraine

Russia: Saboteurs arrested - planned murders in Crimea
The
Russian security service FSB says it has arrested seven members of a
Ukrainian network that allegedly planned several attacks on the occupied
Crimean peninsula, Russian media reports. According
to the FSB, whose information has not been confirmed by an independent
party, the group's plan was to assassinate Russian-appointed leaders -
including Moscow's appointed governor Sergei Aksionov.
Russian Tass cites a statement from the security service which says the network is part of Ukrainian military intelligence. Without
presenting any evidence, they also single out Roman Mashovets, deputy
head of the Ukrainian presidential staff, as the mastermind behind the
plans. According to the statement, those arrested were also involved in the transport of explosives.
