Chris Christie is expected to enter the Republican race  

 

Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is expected to announce next week that he is entering the race to become the Republican presidential candidate in the 2024 US election, reports Axios.  

 

The Washington Post writes that Christie has formed a "superpac", that is, an organization with the purpose of collecting money for a campaign.  

 

Christie has become one of ex-president Donald Trump's fiercest critics within the party. He has expressed frustration that Trump's other potential rivals in the election — Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley and Mike Pence — have largely avoided direct confrontation with the former president.

The allegations against Biden  

Accused Biden - defecting to Russia: "Feels good"  

 

Three years ago, Tara Reade came out and accused Joe Biden of sexual assault, something she says happened while she was briefly serving in the Senate in 1993.  

 

Now Reade has defected to Russia.  

 

- It's still a bit dizzy but it feels good, says Reade in an interview with the Russian propaganda site Sputnik.  

 

In one feature, Reade sits next to Marina Butina, who was convicted of espionage in the United States and is today a member of the Russian parliament.  

 

Leaving the US for Russia was not an impulsive decision, says Reade. 

 

- My dream is to live in both places, but it may be that I can only live here and then that's okay.
