Cambodia: Over 500,000 have fled

More than half a million people have fled their homes in Cambodia after two weeks of deadly border fighting with neighboring Thailand, the country's interior ministry said.

The total number is said to be 518,611 people who have had to flee to avoid rockets and airstrikes from Thailand, according to the ministry.

Thailand has previously stated that around 400,000 people in the country have been forced to flee due to the conflict.
