A Russian airbase on the Kola Peninsula was attacked today by Ukrainian drones.
This is reported by the Kyiv Independent, referring to a source within the country's intelligence service.

Less than 20 miles from the border
The air base is located less than 20 miles from the Finnish border and just under 40 miles from Sweden.Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson writes in a comment that they are in contact with neighboring countries about the security situation.
"Not least with Finland," he writes via one of his press secretaries.
Finnish President Alexander Stubb has left a comment about the incident to Finnish media, including Ilta Sanomat.
- The basic message is that we have no reason to worry in Finland. We have the situation under control and can react. We have been in contact with Sweden's Prime Minister about the attack and how we will react, he tells the newspaper.
