Palestinians and Israelis injured in fresh unrest
Seven Palestinians were shot yesterday in an Israeli army raid in the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said according to AFP.
This just hours after two Israeli men were wounded in a shooting near a Jewish site in annexed East Jerusalem.
Six people received minor injuries, while the condition of a seventh is unclear.
Israel confirms that it carried out an operation in the Jenin refugee camp.
The tension in the conflict-ridden region escalated in early April when violence broke out at the al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.

The Swedish Mali operation is over - the last soldiers at home
The last soldiers from Sweden's mission in Mali landed on Swedish soil on Wednesday morning, writes the Armed Forces on Twitter. For the first time in 67 years, the Swedish Armed Forces have no ongoing international troop deployment, according to a press release.
- With Mali, the continuous chain of international troop operations ends, so today is a historic day, says Deputy Chief of Army Staff Anders Svensson.
Among historical Swedish international troop deployments, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia and Afghanistan are mentioned.
The decision to disband the Malian Force was made in March 2022 by the then government. At the moment, there are no planned international troop deployments.
