An IS terrorist tried to take a job as a security guard, Bild reports.
The soccer championship in Germany is just a week away when the alarming data comes.
German police are said to have arrested a 23-year-old man who applied to work as a security guard for events linked to the European Championship, outside the stadiums.
Arrested after application
When the authorities checked the man's job application, they allegedly discovered that the security service classifies him as an Islamist. He was then arrested together with his mother and sister at the airport in Cologne.
After the arrest, the man's apartment was searched and, among other things, mobile phones and computers were seized.
The European Football Championship starts on June 14 and in Cologne England will play one of their group stage matches against Slovenia.
