Putin: If Zelensky comes to Moscow, we can meet

Vladimir Putin says he is ready to meet Volodymyr Zelensky, as long as the Ukrainian president is ready to come to Moscow, Reuters reports.

Putin claims that he has always been open to meeting Zelensky, but that he is doubtful about what such a meeting would be good for.

– As for a meeting with Zelensky, I have never ruled out the possibility of it. But does it make sense? We will see, he says.

In response to Putin's previous similar statements, Zelensky has responded that a meeting should take place on neutral ground and should not be based on expectations that Ukraine will make major concessions. In other words, the exact opposite of what Putin is now proposing, since the Russian president is also demanding that Ukraine abolish martial law, hold elections and a referendum on territorial issues before a meeting.

European leaders to hold new talks with Trump tomorrow

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and around 30 European leaders will hold a joint meeting with US President Donald Trump on Thursday, the French Élysée Palace said in a statement, according to several media outlets.

The call to Trump will take place after the countries, led by France and Britain, have held a meeting where security guarantees for Ukraine are at the top of the agenda.

Ukrainian defense company builds factory in Denmark

The Ukrainian defense company Fire Point is to build a factory in Denmark, DR and Reuters report.

Fire Point, which is behind Ukraine's new cruise missile "Flamingo", will manufacture rocket fuel in the factory in southern Jutland.

- We are proud to be able to welcome them to Denmark, says the country's Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen at a press conference.

It is the first time a Ukrainian defense company has expanded abroad, according to Reuters.

The robot has a range of 3,000 kilometers and Volodymyr Zelensky has called it Ukraine's "most successful" robot.
