Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is disappointed that he has only been given the right to use US weapons against Russian territory in limited ways, sources told Politico.
It was earlier this week that the US confirmed that Ukraine may use the weapons it received against targets inside Russia - but only if the attacks can be linked to the defense of the Kharkiv region.
Several European countries, including Germany and the Netherlands, now also allow donated weapons to be aimed at Russian territory.
According to the Moscow Times, however, Kyiv believes that the relaxed rules are "just the beginning".

Stock exchange giants investigate information about sales to Russia
Several of the stock market giants who, according to the EU Commission, may have rounded up the sanctions against Russia are now conducting internal investigations, writes DN. Among them is Atlas Copco, with Wallenberg's Investor as the largest owner.
"However, we note that there is currently a lack of sufficient information to be able to verify that these are goods manufactured, sold or exported by a company in the Atlas Copco Group," the company writes in a comment to the newspaper.
Sandvik cannot rule out that their products were sold to Russia via actors that the company does not control or know about.
