Source: Guinness could be valued at 110 billion in deal

British alcohol group Diageo is working on a review of its portfolio companies with the aim of strengthening growth, writes Bloomberg. One of the options on the table is a sale or spin-off of Guinness. Sources tell the news agency that the beer brand could be valued at over 10 billion dollars, equivalent to 110 billion kronor.

The options are also being reviewed when it comes to the 34 percent stake in LVMH's beverage division Moët Hennessy.
 
Swedish headphone brand becomes Chinese - Telia sells

Venture capital company Altor has, together with Telia, Zenith and French Capza, sold the Swedish audio company Marshall to the Chinese venture capital fund Hongshan, according to information to DI.

The deal values ​​the company at SEK 11.8 billion, three times more than Altor's investment in 2023.

The major shareholders, who represent over 90 percent of the shares, have secured the sale, and small shareholders will be forcibly redeemed, the newspaper writes.
