Venture capital company Altor has, together with Telia, Zenith and French Capza, sold the Swedish audio company Marshall to the Chinese venture capital fund Hongshan, according to information to DI.
The deal values the company at SEK 11.8 billion, three times more than Altor's investment in 2023.
The major shareholders, who represent over 90 percent of the shares, have secured the sale, and small shareholders will be forcibly redeemed, the newspaper writes.
